     Sir Alexander John Arbuthnot was born on 11 October 1822 at Killaloe, County Clare, Ireland^G.² He was the son of Rt. Rev. Alexander Arbuthnot.³ He married Frederica Eliza Fearon.² He married Constance Angelena Milman, daughter of Sir William Milman, 3rd Bt. and Matilda Frances Pretyman, on 6 June 1899.¹ He died on 10 June 1907 at age 84.
     He was appointed Companion, Order of the Indian Empire (C.I.E.)¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Star of India (K.C.S.I.)¹

     Sir Francis Milman, 5th Bt. was born on 27 October 1872.¹ He was the son of Sir Francis John Milman, 4th Bt. and Katherine Grace Moore.² He married Georgina Maude Emma Wallis, daughter of Thomas Ripon Wallis, in November 1898.¹ He died on 10 October 1946 at age 73.¹
     He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Milman, of Levaton-in-Woodland, co. Devon [G.B., 1800] on 2 June 1922.¹

     Georgina Maude Emma Wallis was the daughter of Thomas Ripon Wallis.² She married Sir Francis Milman, 5th Bt., son of Sir Francis John Milman, 4th Bt. and Katherine Grace Moore, in November 1898.¹ She died on 7 May 1964.¹
     From November 1898, her married name became Milman.

     Sir William Ernest Milman, 6th Bt. was born on 11 August 1875.¹ He was the son of Sir Francis John Milman, 4th Bt. and Katherine Grace Moore.² He married Elder Wilse Samson, daughter of George Samson, on 8 September 1934.¹ He died on 30 August 1962 at age 87.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He was awarded the Military Medal (M.M.)¹ He lived at Oslo, Norway, throughout the Second World War.¹ He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Milman, of Levaton-in-Woodland, co. Devon [G.B., 1800] on 10 October 1946.¹

     George Samson lived at Oslo, Norway.¹

     Elder Wilse Samson was the daughter of George Samson.² She married Sir William Ernest Milman, 6th Bt., son of Sir Francis John Milman, 4th Bt. and Katherine Grace Moore, on 8 September 1934.¹ She died in June 1960.¹
     From 8 September 1934, her married name became Milman.

     Sir Lionel Charles Patrick Milman, 7th Bt. was born on 23 February 1877.¹ He was the son of Sir Francis John Milman, 4th Bt. and Katherine Grace Moore.² He married Marjorie Aletta Clark-Kennedy, daughter of Colonel Arthur Harry Clark-Kennedy, on 30 December 1911.¹ He died on 2 November 1962 at age 85.¹
     He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1917.¹ He gained the rank of Major and Brevet Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Artillery.¹ He gained the rank of Honorary Brigadier-General in 1919.¹ He was Controller of Gun Ammunition, Ministry of Munitions and Director of Ministry of Supply during the Second World War.¹ He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Milman, of Levaton-in-Woodland, co. Devon [G.B., 1800] on 30 August 1962.¹

     Stephen Walter Milman was born on 15 November 1879.¹ He was the son of Sir Francis John Milman, 4th Bt. and Katherine Grace Moore.² He married, firstly, Ethel Horsley, daughter of William Dowdeswell Horsley, on 6 January 1907.¹ He married, secondly, Hilda Horsley, daughter of William Dowdeswell Horsley, in 1917.¹ He died on 12 July 1957 at age 77.¹

     William Dowdeswell Horsley was in the Indian Civil Service.¹
