     Sir Henry Matthew Dundas, 5th Bt. was born on 17 May 1937.¹ He was the son of Sir Philip Dundas, 4th Bt. and Jean Marian Hood.¹ He died on 24 June 1963 at age 26, unmarried.¹
     He was educated at Abbotsholme School, Rocester, Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, England^G.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Dundas, of Arniston, co. Midlothian [U.K., 1898] on 23 February 1952.¹ He was educated at Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹

     Myfanwy Elizabeth Jean Dundas was born on 3 May 1946.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Philip Dundas, 4th Bt. and Jean Marian Hood.¹

     Jean Marian Hood is the daughter of James Archibald Hood.¹ She married, firstly, Sir Philip Dundas, 4th Bt., son of Sir Henry Herbert Philip Dundas of Arniston, 3rd Bt. and Lady Beatrix Douglas-Home, on 25 June 1936.¹ She married, secondly, Alastair Stewart, son of John O. Stewart, on 16 June 1953.¹
     From 25 June 1936, her married name became Dundas. From 16 June 1953, her married name became Stewart.

     John O. Stewart lived at Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Alastair Stewart is the son of John O. Stewart.¹ He married Jean Marian Hood, daughter of James Archibald Hood, on 16 June 1953.¹

     Althea Enid Philippa Dundas was born on 4 November 1939.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Philip Dundas, 4th Bt. and Jean Marian Hood.¹

     James Archibald Hood died before 1963.
     He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Law (LL.D.)¹ He lived at Midfield, Lasswade, Midlothian, Scotland^G.¹
