     Dorothea Samuel is the daughter of Dennis Edwin Samuel and Katie Lilian Lazarus.² She married Alan Henry Isaacs, son of Henry Isaacs, on 19 October 1938.¹
     From 19 October 1938, her married name became Isaacs.

     Alan Henry Isaacs was the son of Henry Isaacs.² He married Dorothea Samuel, daughter of Dennis Edwin Samuel and Katie Lilian Lazarus, on 19 October 1938.¹ He died on 22 August 1968.¹

     Gilbert Ellis Samuel was born on 30 June 1859.¹ He was the son of Edwin Louis Samuel and Clara Yates.² He married Louise Victoria Stiebel, daughter of Isaac Stiebel, on 24 September 1889.¹ He died on 22 October 1926 at age 67.¹

     Louise Victoria Stiebel was the daughter of Isaac Stiebel.² She married Gilbert Ellis Samuel, son of Edwin Louis Samuel and Clara Yates, on 24 September 1889.¹ She died on 13 October 1925.¹
     From 24 September 1889, her married name became Samuel. She was appointed Dame Commander, Order of the British Empire (D.B.E.) in 1920.¹

     Wilfrid Gilbert Samuel was born on 3 September 1890.¹ He was the son of Gilbert Ellis Samuel and Louise Victoria Stiebel.² He died on 21 September 1918 at age 28, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Temporary Lieutenant in the Suffolk Regiment.¹

     Norah Gilbert Samuel was born on 4 August 1894 at London, England.² She was the daughter of Gilbert Ellis Samuel and Louise Victoria Stiebel.³ She married Donald Stanley van den Bergh, son of Henry van den Bergh and Henriëtte Charlotte Spanjaard, on 12 March 1913.¹ She died on 6 April 1986 at age 91.²
     From 12 March 1913, her married name became van den Bergh.¹

     Henry van den Bergh was born on 7 September 1851 at Geffen, The Netherlands.² He was the son of Simon van den Bergh and Elisabeth van der Wielen.² He married Henriëtte Charlotte Spanjaard on 1 August 1887 at Borne, The Netherlands.² He died on 12 March 1937 at age 85 at Nice, France.²
     He lived at Kensington, London, England.¹
