     Sally Ann Wemyss Anstice was born circa 1928.1 She was the daughter of Brigadier John Henry Anstice and Sydney Williamson.2 She married, firstly, Fikret Jemal before 1959.3 She married, secondly, Henry Edward Hugh Pelham-Clinton-Hope, 9th Duke of Newcastle-under-Lyne, son of Henry Francis Hope Pelham-Clinton-Hope, 8th Duke of Newcastle-under-Lyne and Olive Muriel Thompson, on 23 October 1959.3 She died on 9 July 2015.1
     From before 1959, her married name became Jemal.3 Her married name became Pelham-Clinton-Hope.
