     From 11 June 1913, her married name became Parker. From 14 August 1920, her married name became Parker Bowles.

     Colonel Sir Henry Ferryman Bowles, 1st Bt. was born on 19 December 1858.2 He was the son of Henry Carrington Bowles Bowles and Cornelia Kingdom.2 He married Florence Broughton, daughter of John Lambert Broughton and Anne Selina Adderley, on 24 January 1889 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.2 He died on 14 October 1943 at age 84.2
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.2 He graduated from Jesus College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)2 He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in 1881 in the King's Own Tower Hamlets Militia, 7th Battalion, Rifle Brigade.2 He gained the rank of Captain in February 1882.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Enfield between 1889 and 1906.2 He held the office of Member of the Middlesex County Council between 1889 and 1936.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Enfield between 1918 and 1922.2 He was created 1st Baronet Bowles, of Fourty Hall, Enfield [U.K.] in July 1926.
