     Inez Gertrude Paget was born on 26 July 1881.1 She was the daughter of Berkeley Paget and Gertrude Fanny Villiers.1 She married Admiral Cole Cortlandt Fowler, son of Maj.-Gen. Charles John Fowler and Gertrude Sara Taylor, on 12 January 1905.1 She died on 5 April 1971 at age 89.1
     From 12 January 1905, her married name became Fowler.1

     Admiral Cole Cortlandt Fowler was born on 7 August 1866.2 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Charles John Fowler and Gertrude Sara Taylor.1,3 He married Inez Gertrude Paget, daughter of Berkeley Paget and Gertrude Fanny Villiers, on 12 January 1905.1 He died on 24 May 1936 at age 69.1
     He was educated at Clifton College, Clifton, Bristol, EnglandG.2 He was commissioned in 1880, in the service of the Royal Navy.2 He fought in the First World War.2 He was commanding officer of the H.M.S. Collingwood between 1917 and 1918.2 He was Aide-de-Camp to HM King George V in 1918.2 He was awarded the Chevalier, Ordre national de la Légion d'honneur.2 He gained the rank of Admiral.2 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1922.1

     He gained the rank of Major-General in the Royal Engineers.1
