     Lt.-Col. Charles Ralph Borlase Wingfield was born in 1873. He married Mary Nesta Harriet Williams, daughter of Major Charles Henry Bennett Williams and Hon. Mabel Emma Boscawen, on 20 June 1916.1 He died on 1 February 1923.2
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 3rd Battalion, King's Shropshire Light Infantry.1 He lived at Onslow, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, EnglandG.2

     Henrietta Margaret Williams was born circa 1846. She was the daughter of Sir Hugh Williams, 3rd Bt. and Henrietta Charlotte Williams-Wynn.2,1 She married Edmund Peel, son of Reverend Charles Wickstead Ethelston and Anne Peel, on 1 February 1866.2 She died on 29 July 1885.2
     Her married name became Peel.

     Edmund Peel was born in 1826. He was the son of Reverend Charles Wickstead Ethelston and Anne Peel. He married Anna Maria Lethbridge, daughter of Sir John Hesketh Lethbridge, 3rd Bt. and Julia Hoare, on 23 September 1854 at All Saints Church, Fulham, London, England.1 He married Henrietta Margaret Williams, daughter of Sir Hugh Williams, 3rd Bt. and Henrietta Charlotte Williams-Wynn, on 1 February 1866.2 He died on 27 March 1903.2 He was also reported to have died on 17 March 1903.1
     He lived at Bryn-y-pys, Flintshire, Wales.1 He lived at Downham Hall, Norfolk, England.1 He was given the name of Edmund Ethelston at birth. On 29 March 1831 his name was legally changed to Edmond Peel by Royal Licence.1 He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England. He held the office of High Sheriff of Montgomeryshire in 1868. He held the office of High Sheriff of Flintshire in 1870.
