President, Chief Executive Officer, Williams-Sonoma, Inc.

A driving force in the growth of Williams-Sonoma, Inc., Laura Alber joined the company in 1995 and has served as president and chief executive officer, as well as a member of its Board of Directors since 2010.

During her tenure, Alber has held various leadership roles, executing effective growth strategies, driving e-commerce, strengthening brand recognition, and bolstering profits for the company's portfolio of multi-channel brands. Alber has spearheaded WSI's innovation and expansion into new markets, including the introduction of Pottery Barn Kids, Pottery Barn Teen, West Elm, Mark & Graham, Rejuvenation, and GreenRow, as well as new growth opportunities such as Business-to-Business and Marketplace.

Alber believes that WSI's three key differentiators of in-house design, digital-first channel strategy and values, combined with its relentless focus on the customer, are core to fulfilling the company's vision to own the home.

Alber currently serves on the Board of Salesforce and the Board of Trustees at the University of Pennsylvania.

She received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.

President, Pottery Barn

Monica Bhargava is the President of Pottery Barn. In this role, Monica is responsible for the merchandising, product development, inventory management, marketing, creative services, visual merchandising, brand finance and operations for Pottery Barn brand.

Monica has been with the company for 22 years, most recently in the role of Chief Design Officer for Pottery Barn and Williams Sonoma Home. The love of all things “home” led Monica to WSI. Her passion, vision and creativity has driven the continued innovation that helps Pottery Barn raise the bar, serving customers through products and experiences that resonate with the soul of their home.

Prior to her career with WSI, Monica held Design and Product Development roles at Crown Crafts and Hallmark Cards which built her strategic expertise to develop creative and commercially minded products that drive results.

Monica received a B.A. from the University of Arizona.

President, Williams Sonoma

As President of Williams Sonoma, Felix Carbullido is responsible for overseeing the merchandising, product development, inventory management, marketing, creative services, visual merchandising, brand finance and operations of both the Williams Sonoma and Williams Sonoma Home brands.

Felix joined Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in 2009 as the Vice President of Pottery Barn E-commerce and was promoted in 2011 to Senior Vice President. Under Felix's leadership, Pottery Barn's catalog and e-commerce business was accelerated to become one of the most powerful direct-to-consumer businesses in the home furnishings industry. Before becoming President of Williams Sonoma, Felix held the position of Chief Marketing Officer of Williams-Sonoma, Inc. During his eight-year tenure as CMO, Felix drove the strategic marketing vision for the entire portfolio of WSI brands including Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, Pottery Barn Teen, West Elm, Williams Sonoma, Williams Sonoma Home, Rejuvenation and Mark & Graham.

Prior to joining WSI, Felix built his career across a broad range of experiences in merchandising, e-commerce, and marketing having served in various roles with leading retailers including Macy's, Banana Republic, Gap, Abercrombie & Fitch and Smith & Hawken.

Felix received a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Williams-Sonoma, Inc.

Jeff Howie is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Williams-Sonoma, Inc. In this role Jeff is responsible for overseeing Finance, Inventory, Real Estate, Store Development, Business to Business and Corporate Facilities.

Jeff joined the company in 2002 and has held key executive leadership roles for the Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, and Pottery Barn Teen Brands and has been responsible for several key WSI initiatives including the launch of WSI's global expansion and WSI's Omni transformation. Prior to being CFO, Jeff served as the EVP, Chief Administrative Officer for Williams-Sonoma, Inc., overseeing Finance, Inventory, and Outlets across the Pottery Barn brands, as well as Real Estate, Store Development, Corporate Facilities, and Business to Business for all of Williams-Sonoma, Inc.

Before joining WSI, Jeff served in various roles across stores, merchandising, planning, and operations, with Macy's and Saks Incorporated.

Executive Vice President, General Counsel

David King is Executive Vice President, General Counsel at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the company's corporate governance, litigation, intellectual property, employment, regulatory, marketing, contract, and loss prevention matters. He also manages the legal components of the company's global and business-development growth initiatives.

King joined WSI in 2004 as Associate General Counsel and was later promoted to Deputy General Counsel, handling a broad range of legal matters for the company, including managing materials for the company's Board of Directors, overseeing the legal aspects of our public reporting to the Securities and Exchange Commission, and negotiating strategic transactions. He was promoted to Senior Vice President, General Counsel in 2011, and promoted to his current role in 2017.

Prior to joining WSI, King spent eight years as a corporate and securities associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he represented numerous public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private financings and general corporate matters.

King holds a bachelor's degree in English from Yale University and received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley.

President, Pottery Barn Kids, PBteen

Jennifer Kellor is the President of the Pottery Barn Kids and PBteen brands. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the merchandising, product development, inventory management, creative services, visual merchandising, brand finance and operations for both brands.

Kellor joined Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in 1997 as an Assistant Buyer for the Pottery Barn catalog. Following the launches of Pottery Barn Kids in 1999 and PBteen in 2003, she became an integral part in the early growth of both brands in her various roles. From 2010 to 2011, Kellor served as Senior Vice President, General Merchandise Manager for PBteen and had a similar role for Pottery Barn Kids from 2011 to 2016. Her role was expanded in 2016 to Executive Vice President, Pottery Barn Kids and PBteen Merchandising and Visual Merchandising.

Throughout her 20-year tenure with the Pottery Barn brands, Kellor's vision and leadership have contributed to a strong track record of delivering growth and results. She has been a driver of the collaborative culture, both inside the organization and with the unique collections from outside talents, including Emily & Meritt and Monique Lhuillier.

Kellor graduated from St. Olaf College with a bachelor's degree in Math, Economics and Statistics.

Chief Supply Chain Officer

Brent Koslo joined Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in 2019, and has over 30 years of expertise in global manufacturing, engineering and sourcing within the home industry. As the Chief Supply Officer, Brent leads the team responsible for manufacturing high quality products and delivering them to customers with world class service. Brent is known for enhancing operational efficiency and improving productivity across the supply chain through implementation of lean manufacturing processes and technology optimization.

Prior to his current role, Brent spent 4 years increasing the productivity, standardization and operational excellence of the small parcel and manufacturing operations. Before joining Williams-Sonoma, Inc., Brent spent over 25 years in manufacturing and distribution with Ashley Home Furniture and other companies.

Brent received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University, his MBA from University of Denver and his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University.

President, West Elm

Day Kornbluth joined Williams-Sonoma, Inc. as President of West Elm in 2023. In her role, Day is responsible for expanding West Elm’s brand reach while strengthening the brand’s core values of bringing inspiring and sustainable product design and excellent value to customers.

Day is an established leader in retail and in the home business, building brands through product and digital innovation. She spent the first part of her career building brands through her merchandising vision and expertise at One Kings Lane, Restoration Hardware and most recently as the Global Brand President of Ralph Lauren Home.

Day received a B.A. in History from Yale University.

Executive Vice President, Retail and Business Sales

Vicki McWilliams is Executive Vice President of Retail and Business Sales at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for the leadership of the Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, PBteen, West Elm and Williams Sonoma stores, as well as the Business Sales team.

McWilliams joined WSI in 2007 as Senior Vice President of Pottery Barn brand stores, and was promoted to her current role in 2010.

During her career at WSI , McWilliams has implemented strategies that have significantly improved results, customer service and associate morale.

Prior to joining the company , McWilliams served as the Executive Vice President and Regional Manager of Nordstrom. She spent nearly three decades with the company and was awarded the John W. Nordstrom Award, Nordstrom's highest honor for outstanding achievement.

McWilliams holds a bachelor's degree in Clothing and Textiles with a minor in Finance from Washington State University.

Chief Talent Officer, Williams-Sonoma, Inc.

Karalyn has spent the last 25 years driving business transformations through talent and organizational strategy. She is a strategic and creative problem solver with expertise in organizational design, talent acquisition, employment branding and engagement, inclusion and belonging, culture shaping and total rewards.

Prior to Williams-Sonoma, Inc., Karalyn was Chief People Officer for Sephora Americas. She previously held several HR leadership roles at Best Buy and began her career at Accenture, specializing in human capital strategies within their retail practice. Karalyn leads with passion, heart and conviction to support the people who are the core of any organization. Karalyn graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BS Degree in Sociology. Originally from the Midwest, she now lives in Marin with her four children.

Senior Vice President, Marketing

Abby Teisch has been with Williams-Sonoma, Inc. for over 17 years, progressing her career in and advancing in multiple marketing roles before being promoted in 2022 to lead Williams-Sonoma, Inc.’s cross-brand Marketing teams. Her role scope includes Customer Relationship Management, Marketing Strategy and Analytics, Digital Marketing and Loyalty.

She previously worked for Gap. Inc.
