Instead of Sugishita brooding next to the black luxury car, there’s a tall man with dark hair and an undercut leaning against the bumper smoking a cigarette. He’s not as tall as Sugishita, most men aren’t, but he’s taller than Seiryu and that in itself is uncommon as well.
“You’re not my bodyguard,” Seiryu calls out when he approaches the car. “Who are you?”
The man flicks the cigarette to the ground and grinds it down with the heel of his sandal.
Seiryu grimaces. He’s wearing sandals with a black suit.
“The name’s Togame Jo,” the man drawls, slow as molasses.

Everyone gets sparkles in their eyes at a new playmate and the fact that this boy belongs to one of the richest families in the city, richer than all their mommies and daddies.
Kyotaro doesn’t pay any attention to adult stuff like “socks” or “ teck in-the-trees”, but even he’s seen all the buildings with “Kiryu” on it. So yeah, they’re rich rich.
