Overview of LLRF System for iBNCT Accelerator
Abstract: At the Ibaraki Neutron Medical Research Center, an accelerator-based neutron source for iBNCT (Ibaraki - Boron Neutron Capture Therapy) is being developed using an 8-MeV proton linac and a beryllium-based neutron production target. The proton linac consists of an RFQ and a DTL, which is almost the same as the front part of J-PARC linac. However, here only one high-power klystron is used as the RF… ▽ More

Comparision and analysis of photo image forgery detection techniques
Abstract: Digital Photo images are everywhere, on the covers of magazines, in newspapers, in courtrooms, and all over the Internet. We are exposed to them throughout the day and most of the time. Ease with which images can be manipulated; we need to be aware that seeing does not always imply believing. We propose methodologies to identify such unbelievable photo images and succeeded to identify forged regio… ▽ More

Simulation of Returning Electrons from a Klystron Collector
Abstract: Spurious oscillations in klystrons due to returning electrons from the collector into the drift tube were observed and studied at KEK. Simulations of returning electrons using EGS4 Monte Carlo method have been performed. And the oscillation conditions are described in this paper.
