Wedderburn Decomposition and Idempotents of some finite metacyclic group algebras
Abstract: In this article, we show explicitly the Wedderburn decomposition of the metacyclic group algebra $\mathbb F_qG$, where $G$ has a cyclic subgroup of index 2 and $\gcd(|G|,q)=1$. We also construct the complete set of central and left idempotents of these group algebras.

Abstract: Let $\mathbb{F}_q$ be the finite field with $q$ elements and $char(\mathbb{F}_q)$ odd. Permutation Polynomials with Carlitz Rank 2
Abstract: Let $\mathbb{F}_q$ denote the finite field with $q$ elements. The Carlitz rank of a permutation polynomial is a important measure of complexity of the polynomial. In this paper we find the sharp lower bound for the weight of any permutation polynomial with Carlitz rank $2$, improving the bound found by Gómez-Pérez, Ostafe and Topuzoğlu in that case.

Number of minimal cyclic codes with given length and dimension
Abstract: In this article, we count the quantity of minimal cyclic codes of length $n$ and dimension $k$ over a finite field $\mathbb F_q$, in the case when the prime factors of $n$ satisfy a special condition. This problem is equivalent to count the quantity of irreducible factors of $x^n-1\in \mathbb F_q[x]$ of degree $k$.

Explicit idempotents of finite group algebras
Abstract: Let $\mathbb F_q$ be a finite field with $q$ elements, $G$ a finite cyclic group of order $p^k$ and $p$ is an odd prime with ${\rm gcd}(q,p)=1$.
