Abstract: A $q$-deformation of the middle convolution was introduced by Sakai and Yamaguchi. We apply it to a linear $q$-difference equation associated with the $q$-Painlevé VI equation. Analytic continuation of eigenvalues of the Lamé operator
Abstract: Eigenvalues of the Lamé operator are studied as complex-analytic functions in period $
τ $ of an elliptic function. We investigate the branching of eigenvalues numerically and clarify the relationship between the branching of eigenvalues and the convergent radius of a perturbation series.Submitted 27 January, 2006; v1 submitted 18 November, 2003; originally announced November 2003.

Heun equation and Inozemtsev models
Abstract: The BC_N elliptic Inozemtsev model is a quantum integrable systems with N-particles whose potential is given by elliptic functions. Eigenstates and eigenvalues of this model are investigated.

Quasi-exact solvability of Inozemtsev models
Abstract: Finite-dimensional spaces which are invariant under the action of the Hamiltonian of the BC_N Inozemtsev model are introduced, and it is shown that higher commuting operators also preserve the finite-dimensional spaces. The relationship between the finite-dimensional spaces of the BC_N Inozemtsev models and the theta-type invariant spaces of the BC_N Ruijsenaars models is clarified. The degenera… ▽ More

The Heun equation and the Calogero-Moser-Sutherland system III: the finite gap property and the monodromy
Abstract: A new approach to the finite-gap property for the Heun equation is constructed. The relationship between the finite-dimensional invariant space and the spectral curve is clarified. The monodromies are calculated and are expressed as hyperelliptic integrals. Applications to the spectral problem for the $BC_1$ Inozemtsev model are obtained.

The Heun equation and the Calogero-Moser-Sutherland system II: perturbation and algebraic solution
Abstract: We apply a method of perturbation for the $BC_1$ Inozemtsev model from the trigonometric model and show the holomorphy of perturbation.Consequently, the convergence of eigenvalues and eigenfuncions which are expressed as formal power series is proved. We investigate also the relationship between $L^2$ space and some finite dimensional space of elliptic functions.
