Exclusive electroproduction of two pions at HERA
Abstract: The exclusive electroproduction of two pions in the mass range 0.4 < M
π π < 2.5 GeV has been studied with the ZEUS detector at HERA using an integrated luminosity of 82 pb-1. The analysis was carried out in the kinematic range of 2 < Q2 < 80 GeV2, 32 < W < 180 GeV and |t| < 0.6 GeV2, where Q2 is the photon virtuality, W is the photon-proton centre-of-mass energy and t is the squared four-momentum t… ▽ MoreSubmitted 21 November, 2011; originally announced November 2011.

Measurement of the Pion and Photon Light-Cone Wave Functions by Diffractive Dissociation
Abstract: The measurement of the pion light-cone wave function is revisited and results for the Gegenbauer coefficients are presented. Mesurements of the photon electromagnetic and hadronic wave functions are described and results are presented.

Measurement of Light-Cone Wave Functions by Diffractive Dissociation
Abstract: Diffractive dissociation of particles can be used to study their light-cone wave functions. Results from Fermilab experiment E791 for diffractive dissociation of 500 GeV/c pi- mesons into di-jets show that the |q qbar> light-cone asymptotic wave function describes the data well for Q^2 ~ 10 (GeV/c)^2 or more.

Measurement of Light-Cone Wave Functions by Diffractive Dissociation
Abstract: Diffractive dissociation of particles can be used to study their light-cone wave function. Results from Fermilab experiment E791 for diffractive dissociation of 500 GeV/c $

Diffractive Dissociation of High Momentum Pions
Abstract: The diffractive dissociation of 500 GeV/c $
π ^-$ into di-jets is described as a way to measure the momentum distribution of quarks in the pion. The measurements of the pion diffractive dissociation were carried out using data from Fermilab E791. Preliminary results show that the $|q\bar {q}>$ Asymptotic wave function which was developed using perturbative QCD methods describes the data well for… ▽ MoreSubmitted 13 October, 1999; originally announced October 1999.

Asymmetries between the production of D+ and D- mesons from 500 GeV/c pi- nucleon interactions as a function of xF and pt**2
Abstract: We present asymmetries between the production of D+ and D- mesons in Fermilab experiment E791 as a function of xF and pt**2. The data used here consist of 74,000 fully-reconstructed charmed mesons produced by a 500 GeV/c pi- beam on C and Pt foils. The measurements are compared to results of models which predict differences between the production of heavy-quark mesons that have a light quark in… ▽ More
