The mass spectrum of different meson particles is generated using an effective Lagrangian of the extended linear-sigma model (eLSM) for scalar and pseudoscalar meson fields and quark flavors, up, down, strange, and charm. Analytical formulas for the masses of scalar, pseudoscalar, vector, and axialvector meson states are derived assuming global chiral symmetry. The various eLSM parameters are analytically deduced and numerically computed. This enables accurate estimations of the masses of sixteen non-charmed and thirteen charmed meson states at vanishing temperature. The comparison of these results to recent compilation of the particle data group (PDG) allows to draw the conclusion that the masses of sixteen non-charmed and thirteen charmed meson states calculated in the eLSM are in good agreement with the PDG. This shows that the eLSM, with its configurations and parameters, is an effective theoretical framework for determining the mass spectra of various non-charmed and charmed meson states, particularly at vanishing temperature.

For the study of the structure of baryons it is necessary to investigate the production of a baryon pair in $e^+e^-$ annihilation. The baryon-antibaryon pair production at the electron-positron linear collider makes it possible to investigate in detail the basic structure of the Standard Model. The creation of baryon-antibaryon pairs in electron-positron annihilation provides an increasingly powerful tool at higher c.m. energies. We present phenomenological results for $Σ^0 \bar Σ^0$ production in $e^+e^-$ interaction at the BESIII and BABAR Colliders. In the present work, we investigate a hyperon pair produced in the reaction $e^+e^- \to Σ^0 \barΣ^0$. We calculate the total cross section of the process $e^+e^- \to Σ^0 \bar Σ^0$ taking into account the contributions of the $D$-meson loop and three gluon loops as well as the interference of all diagrams to the Born approximation. For these contributions large relative phases are generated with respect to the pure electromagnetic mechanism. For the large momentum transferred region we obtain as a byproduct a fit of the electromagnetic form factor of the $Σ$ hyperon.

We have investigated the contribution of the Higher Twist (HT) Feynman diagrams to the large-$p_T$ inclusive $ρ_L$ meson production cross section in proton-proton and proton-antiproton collisions and we discuss the phenomenological consequences of possible HT contributions to cross sections. To extract HT subprocesses from Leading Twist (LT) background, we use various $ρ_L$ meson distribution amplitudes(DAs). In the numerical calculations, the dependencies of the HT contribution on the transverse momentum and the rapidity are discussed with special emphasis on DAs. Analysis of our results shows that HT contributions decrease more rapidly than LT contributions with increasing $p_T$. The preceding results demonstrate that HT contributions must be considered especially in the region of low $p_T$ and the HT contribution to the cross-section depends on the choice of the meson distribution amplitudes.

The analytical solution of the fractional radial Schrodinger equation for the hot-magnetized interaction potential is displayed by using the conformable fractional Nikiforov-Uvarov method. Analytical expressions for the energy eigenvalues and the radial wave function are obtained for arbitrary quantum numbers. Next, we study the charmonium and bottmonium binding energies for different magnetic field values in the thermal medium. The effect of the fractional parameter on the decomposition temperature is also analyzed for charmonium and bottomonium in the presence of hot magnetized media. We conclude that the dissociation of heavy quarkonium in the fractional nonrelativistic potential model is more practical than the classical nonrelativistic potential model.

It is shown that the system under consideration has both a discrete at $\left|E\right|<Mc^{2} $ and a continuous at $\left|E\right|>Mc^{2} $ energy spectra. We find the analytical expressions for the corresponding complete wave functions. A dynamical symmetry group $SU(1,1)$ for the radial wave equation of motion is constructed. The algebra of generators of this group makes it possible to find energy spectra in a purely algebraic way. It is also shown that relativistic expressions for wave functions, energy spectra and group generators in the limit $c\to \infty $ go over into the corresponding expressions for the nonrelativistic problem.

Focusing on an improved approximation scheme, we present how to treat the centrifugal and the Coulombic behavior terms and then to obtain the bound state solutions of the Klein-Gordon (KG) equation with the Manning-Rosen plus a Class of Yukawa potentials. By means of the Nikiforov-Uvarov (NU) and supersymmetric quantum mechanics (SUSYQM) methods, we present the energy spectrum for any $\ell$-state and the corresponding radial wave functions in terms of the hypergeometric functions. From both methods we obtain the same results. Several special cases for the potentials which are useful for other physical systems are also discussed. These are consistent with those results in previous works. We obtain that the energy level $E$ is sensitive to the potential parameter $δ$ at fixed values of other parameters and increases when $δ$ runs from $0.05$ to $0.3$. Furthermore, $E$ is sensitive to the quantum numbers $\ell$ and $n_r$ for a given $δ$, as expected.

In this study, we have considered the contribution of the higher-twist (HT) effects of the subprocesses to inclusive pion pair production cross section in the high energy proton-antiproton collisions by using various pion distribution amplitudes (DAs) within the frozen coupling constant approach and compared them with the leading-twist contributions. The feature of the HT effects may help the theoretical interpretation of the future PANDA experiment. The dependencies of the HT contribution on the transverse momentum $p_T$, the center of mass energy $\sqrt s$, and the variable $x_T$ are discussed numerically with special emphasis put on DAs. Moreover, the obtained analytical and numerical results for the differential cross section of the pion pair production are compared with the elastic backward scattering of the pion on the proton. We show that the main contribution to the inclusive cross section comes from the HT direct production process via gluon-gluon fusion. Also, it is strongly dependent on the pion DAs, momentum cut-off parameter $\triangle p$ and $<{q_{T}^2}>$ which is the mean square of the intrinsic momentum of either initial parton.

In this paper, the bound state solution of the modified Klein-Fock-Gordon equation is obtained for the Hulthén plus ring-shaped lake potential by using the developed scheme to overcome the centrifugal part. The energy eigenvalues and corresponding radial and azimuthal wave functions are defined for any $l\neq0$ angular momentum case on the conditions that scalar potential is whether equal and nonequal to vector potential, the bound state solutions of the Klein-Fock-Gordon equation of the Hulthén plus ring-shaped like potential are obtained by Nikiforov-Uvarov (NU) and supersymmetric quantum mechanics (SUSYQM) methods. The equivalent expressions are obtained for the energy eigenvalues, and the expression of radial wave functions transformations to each other is revealed owing to both methods. The energy levels and the corresponding normalized eigenfunctions are represented in terms of the Jacobi polynomials for arbitrary $l$ states. A closed form of the normalization constant of the wave functions is also found. It is shown that the energy eigenvalues and eigenfunctions are sensitive to $n_r$ radial and $l$ orbital quantum numbers.

In the numerics the dependencies of the HT contribution on the transverse momentum $p_T$, the rapidity $y$, and the variable $x_T$ are discussed with special emphasis put on DAs. The HT contribution is also compared with the leading-twist ones. It is shown that the HT contributions are dependent on the kaon DAs and also some other phenomenological parameters such as momentum cut-off parameter $Δp$. Inclusive kaon pair production presents a remarkable test case in which HT terms dominate those of LT in certain kinematic regions. The HT direct production process via gluon-gluon fusion contributes significantly to the inclusive cross section at large $p_T$.

For that purpose, the multidimensional Schrodinger equation is solved analytically by Nikiforov-Uvarov (NU) method for the real part of the potential in an anisotropic medium. The binding energy and dissociation temperature are calculated. In comparison with an isotropic medium, the binding energy of quarkonium is enhanced in the presence of an anisotropic medium. The present results show that the dissociation temperature increases with increasing anisotropic parameter for 1S state of the charmonium and bottomonium. We observe that the lower baryonic chemical potential has small effect in both isotropic and anisotropic media. A comparison is presented with other pervious theoretical works.

We provide complete one-loop predictions for the direct production of the neutralino pairs via photon-photon collisions which appears for the first time at one-loop level in the minimal supersymmetric standard model at the International Linear Collider. We present a comprehensive investigation of the dependence of total cross section on the center-of-mass energy and the tan$β$ for three different scenarios based on gaugino/Higgsino fractions of the neutralinos. Furthermore, by investigating the behavior with the most relevant parameters $μ$ and $M_2$, we exhibit regions of the parameter space where the enhancement of the cross section is large enough to be detectable at linear colliders. Our analysis shows that the corresponding production cross section reaches its highest values when the lightest neutralino $\widetildeχ_{1}^0$ has a dominant Higgsino component and/or the next-to-lightest neutralino $\widetildeχ_{2}^0$ has a dominant gaugino component.

We provide the next-to-leading order (NLO) predictions for the neutralino pair production via quark-antiquark annihilation and gluon-gluon fusion at the CERN Large Hadron Collider, focusing on the lightest neutralino which is likely to be the lightest supersymmetric particle. The dependence of total LO, NLO cross sections, and $K$ factor on the center-of-mass energy, the $M_2$-$μ$ mass plane, the squark mass, and the factorization and renormalization scales is comprehensively analyzed for three different scenarios in the minimal supersymmetric standard model and the constrained minimal supersymmetric standard model. We find that the LO cross section is considerably increased by the NLO correction, and the $K$ factor value is clearly related to the Higgsino/gaugino mass parameters, the squark mass, and the factorization and renormalization scales.

We considered the three jet production processes in the region of the incident lepton, photon, quark or gluon fragmentation. The fourth jet is created by the recoil proton. The kinematics of jet production is discussed in jets production in the fragmentation region. The non-trivial relation between the momenta of the recoil proton and the polar angle of its emission was derived.
Based on this formalism the differential cross sections of QCD processes $gp \to (ggg) p; \,\,\,qp \to (q \bar{Q} Q) p; \,\,\, gp \to (g Q \bar{Q})p$ were obtained, including the distribution on transverse momentum component of jets fragments. It was shown that the role of the contribution of "non-Abelian" nature may become dominant in a particular kinematics of the final particles. The kinematics, in which the initial particle changes the direction of movement to the opposite one, was considered in the case of heavy quark-antiquark pair production.
Different distributions, including spectral, azimuthal and polar angle distribution on the fragments of jets can be arranged using our results. We present besides the behavior of the ratio of non-Abelian contribution to the cross section to the total contribution. We show that it dominates for large values of the transverse momenta of jets component (gluons or quarks). Some historical introduction to the cross-sections of peripheral processes, including 2$γ$ creation mechanism production, including the result Brodsky-Kinoshita-Terazawa, is given.

We investigate the effect of high order radiative corrections in unpolarized electron proton elastic scattering and compare with the calculations at lowest order, which are usually applied to experimental data. Particular attention is devoted to the $ε$ dependence of radiative corrections, which is directly related to the electric proton form factor. We consider in particular the effects of the interference terms for soft and hard photon emission. Both quadratic amplitude describing the collinear emission along the scattered electron as well as the interference with the amplitudes of emission from the initial electron and the emission from protons are important in leading and next to leading approximation and they may compensate in particular kinematical conditions.

We apply the leading and sub-leading electroweak (EW) corrections to the Drell-Yan process of the neutralino pair production at proton-proton collision, in order to calculate the effects of the these corrections on the neutralino pair production at the LHC. We provide an analysis of the dependence of the Born cross-sections for $pp\rightarrow\widetildeχ_{i}^{0}\widetildeχ_{j}^{0}$ and the EW corrections to this process, on the center-of-mass energy $\sqrt s$, on the $M_2$-$μ$ mass plane and on the squark mass for the three different scenarios. The numerical results show that the relative correction can be reached the few tens of percent level as the increment of the center-of-mass energy, and the evaluation of EW corrections is a crucial task for all accurate measurements of the neutralino pair production processes.

We consider that the direct production of a single neutralino in proton-proton collision at the CERN Large Hadron Collider focusing on the lightest neutralino is possibly a candidate for the dark matter and escapes detection. We present a comprehensive investigation of the dependence of total cross sections of the processes $pp(q\bar q)\rightarrow\widetildeχ_{i}^{0}\widetilde{\text{g}}$, $pp(q \text{g}) \rightarrow\widetildeχ_{i}^{0}\widetilde{q}_{L,R}$, $pp(q\bar{q}^{\prime})\rightarrow\widetildeχ_{i}^{0}\widetildeχ_{j}^{+}$ at tree-level and $pp(\text{g}\text{g})\rightarrow\widetildeχ_{i}^{0}\widetilde{\text{g}}$ at one-loop level, on the center-of-mass energy, on the $M_2$-$μ$ mass plane, on the squark mass and on the $\tanβ$ for the Constrained Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model and the three extremely different scenarios in the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model. In particular, the cross section of the process $p p \to \widetildeχ_{2}^{0}\widetildeχ_{1}^{+}$ in the gaugino-like scenario can reach about 0.6 (1.7) pb at a center-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s}=$ 7 (14) TeV. We derive therefrom that our results might lead to new aspects corresponding to experimental explorations, and these dependencies might be used as bases of experimental research of the single neutralino production at hadron colliders.

The process of electron--positron annihilation into proton--antiproton pair is considered within the vicinity of $ψ(3770)$ resonance. The interference between the pure electromagnetic intermediate state and the $ψ(3770)$ state is evaluated. Abstract:
The process of two pion production in the electron-polarized proton scattering is investigated. In the Weizsäcker-Williams approximation the differential spectral distributions and the spin-momentum correlations are considered. The spin correlation effects caused by $ρ$-meson widths are estimated to be of an order of several per cent. Both channels of the $π^+π^-$ and $π^+π^0$ creation are conside…

In this article, we investigate the contribution of the higher-twist Feynman diagrams to the large-$p_T$ inclusive single meson production cross section in photon-photon collisions and present the general formulas for the higher-twist differential cross sections in case of the running coupling and frozen coupling approaches. The structure of infrared renormalon singularities of the higher-twist subprocess cross section and the resummed expression (the Borel sum) for it are found. We compared the resummed higher-twist cross sections with the ones obtained in the framework of the frozen coupling approach and leading-twist cross section. We obtain, that ratio $R=(Σ_{M^{+}}^{HT})^{res}$ / $(Σ_{M^{+}}^{HT})^{0}$, for all values of the transverse momentum $p_{T}$ of the meson identically equivalent to ratio $r$=($Δ_{M}^{HT})^{res}$ / $(Δ_{M}^{HT})^{0}$. It is shown that the resummed result depends on the choice of the meson wave functions used in calculation. Phenomenological effects of the obtained results are discussed.

The estimation for the facilities of moderately high energies such as PANDA and NICA are presented. Similar analysis is given for processes of charged and neutral Higgs boson production at high energy proton-proton colliders such as Tevatron, RHIC and LHC. The possible signal of neutral Higgs boson decay into two oppositely charged leptons of different kinds is discussed. Numerical estimations for parameters of modern colliders are given.

The cross section for different processes induced by $e^+e^-$ annihilation, in the kinematical limit $β_μ\approxβ_π=(1-m_π^2/ε^2)^{1/2}\sim 1$, is calculated taking into account first order corrections to the amplitudes and the corrections due to soft emitted photons, with energy $ω\leΔE\le ε$ in the center of mass of the $e^+e^-$ colliding beams. The results are given separately for charge--odd and charge--even terms in the final channels $π^+π^-(γ)$ and $μ^+μ^-(γ)$. In case of pions, form factors are taken into account. The differential cross sections for the processes: $e^++e^-\to e^++e^-(+γ)$, $\to π^++π^-(γ)$, $\to μ^++μ^-(γ),\to γγ(γ)$ have been calculated and the corresponding formula are given in the ultrarelativistic limit $\sqrt{s}/2= ε\gg m_μ\sim m_π$ . For a quantitative evaluation of the contribution of higher order of the perturbation theory, the production of $π^+π^-$, including radiative corrections, is calculated in the approach of the lepton structure functions. This allows to estimate the precision of the obtained results as better than 0.5% outside the energy region corresponding to narrow resonances. A method to integrate the cross section, avoiding the difficulties which arise from singularities is also described.

Cross section of the processes of neutral pion production as well as pairs of charged fermions and bosons in peripherical interaction of leptons, photons are calculated in main logarithmical approximation. We investigate the phase volumes and differential cross sections. The differential cross section of few neutral pions and a few pairs production are written down explicitly. Considering the academic problem of summation on the number of pairs for the case of massless particles we reproduce the known results obtained in seventies of last century. The possibility to construct the generator for Monte-Carlo modeling of this processes basing of this results are discussed.
