McDaniel College awards master’s degrees to Janyska and Gray
WESTMINSTER, MD — McDaniel College awarded 296 master’s degrees during the college’s Graduate Commencement Ceremony on May 18.
Local graduates included:
• Victoria Grace Gray, of Fruitland, who earned a master’s degree in School Librarianship
• Katheryn Janyska, of Salisbury, who earned a master’s degree in Elementary Education
McDaniel College conferred a total of 703 master’s and bachelor’s degrees during the college’s 154th Commencement on May 18. Commencement speaker for the graduate ceremony was Mona Kerby, the L. Stanley Bowlsbey Endowed Chair at McDaniel College. The 296 master’s degree recipients hailed from 23 states, plus the District of Columbia, and 20 countries.
