RRAGB
Ras-srodni GTP-vezulući protein B je protein koji je kod ljudi kodiran genom RRAGB.[4][5][6]
Ras-homologne GTPaze čine veliku porodicu pretvarača signala koji se izmjenjuju između aktiviranog, GTP-vezujućeg i inaktiviranog, GDP-vezujućeg stanja. Ti proteini predstavljaju ćelijske preklopnike kojima upravljaju faktori GTP-razmjene i faktori koji stimuliraju njihovu unutrašnju aktivnost GTPaza. Svim GTPazama superporodice Ras zajedničko je prisustvo šest konzerviranih motiva, uključenih u vezanje GTP/GDP, od kojih su tri mjesta za vezanje fosfata/magnezija (PM1-PM3) i od kojih su tri guaninska mjesta za vezanje nukleotida (G1-G3). Utvrđene su varijante transkripta koje kodiraju različite izoforme. MTORC1 reaguje na aminokiseline, interakcijom sa RAGB.[6]
