Yumi Tsukirino (Japanese: つき梨野なしの ゆみ) is a manga author of the manga series Magical Pokémon Journey and Pokémon Chamo-Chamo ☆ Pretty ♪. Her birthday is January 5, 1950, her blood type is O and her hobbies include watching horse racing. Some of her favorite Pokémon are Arbok and Sandslash.

Before and during her work on the Magical Pokémon Journey manga, Tsukirino started playing the Green version of Pokémon. Her first partner Pokémon was Squirtle. According to the bonus chapters of the manga, the hardest parts of the game for her were finding the Card Key in Silph Co. and fighting Lorelei.

Her debut work was Crystal Change, published in the March 1996 issue of Ciao. Her recent works include Stitch!, a manga based on the title character from the Disney film Lilo & Stitch, and Fluffy, Fluffy Cinnamoroll, based on the Sanrio character Cinnamoroll.

Tsukirino has won the 37th Shōgakukan Shinjin Komikku Taishō (Shogakukan Newcomer Manga Award) in the female division.
