Rendere un tmp "interattivo"

Ciao, @Ruthven. Vorrei chiederti una cortesia.

Su indicazione di un altro utente giorni fa ho inserito il Template:Work in progress in una pagina che sto ancora finendo di creare.

Ora... il tmp in questione era veramente messo male a livello visivo, nonostante sia usato in oltre 400 pagine: si trattava di appena un'icona di un cacciavite e di un testo in multilingua, il tutto messo di lato. Era praticamente invisibile nelle pagine dove viene inserito.

Io ne ho modificato lo stile proprio poco fa con un po' di codice HTML+CSS, dandogli un minimo di dignità. XD

Ora appare come un cartello di cantiere, grazie al sapiente uso del bordo seghettato.

Il problema, però, è che così continua a rimanere un tmp "passivo": gli utenti non possono inserirvi commenti (come nei normali tmp di avviso che abbiamo su tutti i progetti wiki), né esso attiva una qualche categorizzazione di manutenzione aggiuntiva.

Volevo appunto ovviare a queste due questioni, ma non sono ancora un esperto di wikisintassi da "programmazione". Mi chiedevo quale fosse un po' di codice per consentire di aggiungere un commento agli utenti (richiamando poi la cosa nei 'campi' del tmp, ovviamente) e per attivare una categorizzazione (ho appena creato la categoria Category:Work in progress pages per poter farla popolare dal tmp stesso con tutte le pagine dove è inserito; se non andasse bene il titolo o l'ordine delle parole, si può cambiare tranquillamente).

Avevo pensato anche ad usare un tmp di avviso standard e personalizzato per questa cosa, non so. Avevo anche pensato di inserire direttamente la categoria di manutenzione direttamente nel blocco di codice "includeonly", ma presumo che non sia la via ortodossa. XD

Guardando in giro nei codici sorgente di vari tmp, ancora alcune cose non mi sono chiare per bene e, inoltre, sono abbastanza 'aggrovigliate' perché vi sono tante cose assieme mescolate.

Ecco, mi chiedevo se potessi metterci un attimo la mano tu (anche per scegliere quale delle due vie implementare, ancor prima del codice) e illustrare un po' come documentarmi a riguardo.
