 Keep Just because these pictures are unidentified (or uncategorized) doesn't mean that these people are irrelevant and keeping their files has no educational value. Some of these people are important enough we may just don't have created wikipedia articles or wikidata entries of them. And also: In order to keep files it's not necessary that they are in use at wikipedia. Commons serves as media database. We don't just provide media content for other wikipedia projects but also develop a searchable database which can be used as stand-alone application. Some pictures here are educationally useful as they stand for themselves and may never be used in a wikipedia project. Yes, not everything has to be kept. I'm sure that some of the nominated pictures don't belong on Commons because they are certainly not useful but this has to be checked one by one in each individual case. --Zaccarias (talk) 03:11, 3 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: Speedy keep as this mass DR by a now globally blocked editor lacks evidence that the nominator took the requisite care when formulating this DR.
