Den of Vulpes vulpes

Duisburg Kontor GmbH (talk) 06:56, 8 September 2016 (UTC)
- Hallo User:Duisburg Kontor GmbH, was genau hast du vor?
--Jordi (talk) 12:10, 8 September 2016 (UTC)

[edit]Copyright status: File:Samuel Fritz (1654-1725).jpg
This media may be deleted. |
Thanks for uploading File:Samuel Fritz (1654-1725).jpg. I notice that the file page either doesn't contain enough information about the license or it contains contradictory information about the license, so the copyright status is unclear.
If you created this file yourself, then you must provide a valid copyright tag. For example, you can tag it with {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-all}} to release it under the multi-license GFDL plus Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike All-version license or you can tag it with {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. (See Commons:Copyright tags for the full list of license tags that you can use.) If you did not create the file yourself or if it is a derivative of another work that is possibly subject to copyright protection, then you must specify where you found it (e.g. usually a link to the web page where you got it), you must provide proof that it has a license that is acceptable for Commons (e.g. usually a link to the terms of use for content from that page), and you must add an appropriate license tag. If you did not create the file yourself and the specific source and license information is not available on the web, you must obtain permission through the VRT system and follow the procedure described there. Note that any unsourced or improperly licensed files will be deleted one week after they have been marked as lacking proper information, as described in criteria for deletion. If you have uploaded other files, please confirm that you have provided the proper information for those files, too. If you have any questions about licenses please ask at Commons:Village pump/Copyright or see our help pages. Thank you. |

S. Vlasto
[edit]Hello dear Jordi,
Could you, please, let me know what your source is that Stephen Vlasto died in 1935?
I would very much appreicate it, as I have been trying to find his death date without sucess. See file Marie Bonaparte
Best wishes Actia Nicopolis (talk) 22:16, 12 May 2021 (UTC)
- Dear Actia Nicopolis,
- Thank you for your message. I really do not remember where I took this date from.
- Here (p. 237) the birth and death dates are given as 1885–1960, I have corrected the date in the file Marie Bonapart. Thank you again.--Jordi (talk) 22:33, 12 May 2021 (UTC)

Do not tag images kept at DR for speedy deletion
[edit]Re File:Jeanne Moreau 1958.jpg: Please do not tag images which have been kept previously at COM:DR for speedy deletion (e.g. {{Copyvio}}) or expedited deletion of any form (e.g. {{No permission since}}). Consensus has established that such images have a valid copyright status, and therefore consensus is required to overturn that previous determination, not the mere opinion of a single tagger and a single patrolling admin. If you disagree with the prior DR decision, you may open a new DR, presenting your arguments for why the original decision was incorrect. -- King of ♥ ♦ ♣ ♠ 00:43, 18 July 2022 (UTC)
