Autopatrol given
[edit]Hello. I just wanted to let you know that I have granted autopatrol rights to your account; the reason for this is that I believe you are sufficiently trustworthy and experienced to have your contributions automatically marked as "reviewed". This has no effect on your editing, it is simply intended to make it easier for users that are monitoring Recent changes or Recent uploads to find unproductive edits amidst the productive ones like yours. In addition, the Flickr upload feature and an increased number of batch-uploads in UploadWizard, uploading of freely licensed MP3 files, overwriting files uploaded by others and an increased limit for page renames per minute are now available to you. Thank you. INeverCry 04:53, 4 November 2012 (UTC)
Puste kategorie
[edit]Dobry wieczór. Dlaczego tworzy Pan puste kategorie bez zawartości graficznej ?
Category:Orthodox church of The Lord's Resurrection in Brest has been listed at Commons:Categories for discussion so that the community can discuss ways in which it should be changed. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry. If you created this category, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for discussion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it. If the category is up for deletion because it has been superseded, consider the notion that although the category may be deleted, your hard work (which we all greatly appreciate) lives on in the new category. In all cases, please do not take the category discussion personally. It is never intended as such. Thank you! |

Deletion
[edit]Hello!
The reason why I nominated Category:Krasnosulinsky District for deletion is that you copy-paste moved it. It will only be temporarily deleted so please don't remove the deletion template. Once the category has been moved correctly it will be removed. Cheers - Jonteemil (talk) 12:16, 7 May 2020 (UTC)
- @Jonteemil: Why to complicate it so? Category pages itself should contain no copyrighted content. There is no reason to conserve history of such pages so scrupulously. What is so valuable on the first 4 versions (2011–2018) of the Category:Krasnosulinsky ra page? They contained nothing else than the name of the parent category, and the empty universal infobox template. At the time of these versions, it was common to move categories using the copy-paste-delete method. Abandoned categories with the wrong names have always been deleted, including their history. {{Speedy}} should apply to the wrong named category, not to the correctly named now. --ŠJů (talk) 03:52, 18 May 2020 (UTC)
- I'm not the one complicating it. If you copy-paste move something, then you are the one complicating it, to be frank.Jonteemil (talk) 07:28, 18 May 2020 (UTC)
- @Jonteemil: I found one wrong category which was not marked for deletion, and one correct category, which was needlessly proposed for speed deleletion. That was apparently you who caused it. Simple category pages contain no copyrighted content, there is no reason to undertake such operations. --ŠJů (talk) 08:02, 18 May 2020 (UTC)

Hi. Please follow all the instructions in {{Delete}} when you choose to use it. I chose to use {{Category redirect}} instead. — Jeff G. ツ please ping or talk to me 00:21, 20 December 2020 (UTC)
Warning
[edit]Hi Roman Miller. I noticed that you've made a malformed deletion request. When you want to delete a file with the {{Delete}} template, you must follow the instructions in the template, including the "Click here to show further instructions" portion. Alternatively, you can click the "Nominate for deletion" link in the left sidebar, under the "tools" section, which does all of the work for you. Please do one of these, otherwise you create a lot of work for other people. If you don't see the "Nominate for deletion" link in the left sidebar, you can use the JavaScript method of enabling AjaxQuickDelete on Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-gadgets once and then refresh once. — Jeff G. ツ please ping or talk to me 00:58, 6 January 2021 (UTC)
