Inaccessible Island is part of the [[Tristan da Cunha|archipelago of Tristan da Cunha]], which is part of the [[British Overseas Territories|overseas territory]] of the [[United Kingdom]] known as [[Saint Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha]].
