Water quality reference

edit

The reference given for Hawaii water quality standards is a PDF which appears to be scanned in – I cannot search within it for text. I found this alternative document, but it might be more outdated: http://gen.doh.hawaii.gov/sites/har/AdmRules1/11-54%20(old).pdf

On my phone so I'll leave it at that. --Chriswaterguy talk 21:58, 2 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Enterococcus species are alpha-hemolytic, not gamma.

Habitat aside from humans

edit

The page could be improved with a section about non-human habitats. Soil, water, other animals, etc. Doesn't need to be long, but would make this more educational from a microbiology encyclopedic standpoint. Just-a-can-of-beans (talk) 18:53, 12 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
