Can someone please edit on the main page of this article that the name of the place in which the heart is situated is called the "mediastinum" Willing student (talk) 02:07, 14 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
Not done. @Willing student there is a mention of mediastinum already in the lead as middle compartment of the chest. The middle compatment links to the mediastinum. This is done so that people who are not associated with medical subjects can ger an overview of the subject without making it too technical. So, there is no need to change it. It would be very nice to have 3D model of the heart, so that people can explore it from thier prefered angle; I uploaded this one. But it was not accepted what would need to be changed/updated about the model before it would be acceptable for the article? then we can also update the model at List of organs of the human body
