Mistakes
editMoved to talk, this seems to be trivia RJFJR (talk) 03:16, 11 April 2010 (UTC)
- The narrator can be heard to stammer and flub his lines in the prologue for Killer Department Store. Listen closely when he says "In his warped mind..."
- When playing as Nude Eriko, her clothes will magically reappear in cut-scenes, with the exception of the final scenes.
- The large breaker panels in Level 5 have the word "DENGAR" on them.
- The prize amounts listed in the Cinema Zone are inconsistent with the amounts that you actually receive. For example, the sign in front of Homerun of Death says you receive $10,000 upon completion, yet you really get $50,000. The numbers are correct in the Japanese version - as if the exchange rate hasn't been applied.
- The narration text in the prologue for Woodpuppets doesn't match what the Narrator is saying.
- The name of Jimmy Banbollow's team is the Minnesota Fires, but the name on his bat says Minnesota Firers.
- Before you enter Level 3, the game will ask, "Do you want to enter WOODPPUPPETS?" with an the extra "P".
- The Egg Bar logo on the blackboard near the entrance is spelled "Eeg Bar".

I'll claim this. JOEBRO64 15:58, 27 March 2023 (UTC)
OK here's what I have to say:
- I think the gameplay section could benefit from a little restructuring. You mention items a lot before you actually explain what the items are and what purpose they serve. Basically I think the last paragraph needs to be moved earlier than the two bigger ones, perhaps integrated into the first paragraph.
- I don't think I mention any items before that final paragraph (after my edits), but I moved it towards the top.
- If possible, I'd add a reference for the alternate endings bit in plot. It's not necessary, but alternate endings are the kind of thing that I'd say would benefit from having refs to verify them.
- I looked and looked but cannot find a direct source. I edited to make it less like a game guide and found a source about the true ending.
- I think you need to clarify that Sega had been involved with and published Blue Stinger since it's otherwise unclear why they'd ask for a sequel.
- Likewise, I'd clarify that Blue Stinger and Illbleed were developed for the Dreamcast in development.
- Above two done
- I've added a {{Clarify}} tag in reception. What were the tropes that critics felt it strayed from?
- Clarified. Not so much tropes as just similar gameplay.
- GameSpy and GameSpot observed that the game was self-aware of how cheesy it was I think "cheesy" is too informal for an encyclopedia, I'd replace or reword it (I didn't because I wasn't sure if you meant "campy" or "cheap")
- Fixed to camp
That's what I've got. Overall a solid article, just needs some tightening up. I did some copyediting I assumed would be uncontroversial as I read. JOEBRO64 16:18, 1 April 2023 (UTC)
