“Zhang did not survive and died in exile.”
editThe article says:
- “Zhang did not survive the persecution of the Cultural Revolution and died in 1976 in exile.”
What exactly does that mean? Was he killed during the Cultural Revolution? Did he die abroad? Where? —Babelfisch (talk) 04:28, 30 October 2008 (UTC)
Great. I just saw a Chinglish version of this sentence had been added by an anonymous IP—without quoting any sources, together with most of what now constitutes the article. —Babelfisch (talk) 04:35, 30 October 2008 (UTC)
For something that doesn't give any references, the article sounds very biased:
- “immature and extremists”
- “defeat was inevitable”
- “defected to Mao Zedong’s camp”
- “most of the time he acted like a puppet”
Some of the even more POV stuff has already been deleted:
- “It maybe [sic] a mistake for him to take part in politics. Otherwise, there would have been another great professor or man of letter [sic] instead of a [sic] unsuccessful politician.”
I guess the whole edit simply should have be reverted. I'll give it a week and then delete. —Babelfisch (talk) 04:48, 30 October 2008 (UTC)
