About me

edit

My mother is Thai and my father is White, which makes me Thai American or Asian American. After graduating high school in 2007, I enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps and underwent initial training at MCRD San Diego. After boot camp, I attended Marine Combat Training, and then Personnel Administration School to be trained as an administrative specialist. After serving at 3rd Marine Division in Okinawa and 1st Marine Division in Camp Pendleton, I was honorably discharged from service in 2011, achieving the rank of corporal. I then utilized the Post-9/11 GI Bill to attend Missouri State University. I graduated in 2014 magna cum laude with a B.S. in sociology and a minor in criminology. I'm currently employed with the Social Security Administration.

Although most of my edits are swimming related, I'm only a moderate swimmer. I am however a decent runner. In my lifetime, I’ve run the mile in under 5 minutes, the 5K in a little over 18 minutes, and the 10k in under 40 minutes.

On Wikipedia

edit

Most of my edits are done to American athletes and swimmers. My edits include: ensuring biographies are up-to-date, updating statistics and achievements, formatting biographies so there's consistency, expanding articles, and creating articles (mostly athletic and swimming related). My first edit was on the page of American long-distance runner and Olympic bronze medalist Shalane Flanagan on February 8, 2009. The first article I created was of American swimmer Dagny Knutson on April 3, 2009.
