Thanks. I appreciate your comments. I do not have resources/time to write articles, so I found a current WP home in categories! Hmains 03:22, 27 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Rashid Khalidi edits

edit

You removed the description "allegations of..." from the section "Allegations of PLO connections". Khalidi denies these connections, and the sourcing on them is questionable at best. In a biography of a living person, Wikipedia does not state controversial accusations as fact. This is an issue which has been extensively discussed on the talk page. I'm going to assume good faith and figure that you acted out of ignorance rather than malice, but next time please check before making changes like these. Kalkin (talk) 21:16, 3 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

AfD nomination of Nickpoint

edit

I have nominated Nickpoint, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Nickpoint. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. Awickert (talk) 08:08, 1 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
