Confusing edit

Locoporlavida
Hi FMSky, I've done some research and found out the person behind the accounts Hidolo and Locoporlavida is the same person called LokitaLokita (check it on the Spanish wiki). I'd like to propose a global ban for owning multiple sockpuppets since he's already banned from the Spanish wiki because of the same thing, but I'm not sure how to do that.
