This list gives an overview of different forms of systems theory, which are metioned in scientific booktitels or articles.
Met de opkomst van de systeemtheorie sinds de 1950er jaren zijn er in allerlei vakdisciplines eigen vormen van systeemtheorie ontstaan. De onderstaande lijst geeft hiervan een overzicht met de oorspronkelijke Engelse benamingen. In deze lijst zijn alleen de verbuigingen van Systems Theory opgenomen. Verbuigingen als Theory of (computing) systems en verbuigingen als (Neuro-control) systems: theory (and applications) zijn weggelaten. Zou je deze opnemen, dan zal deze lijst minstens vertienvoudigen. Minimale verschillen in naamgeving zijn hierintegen wel opgenomen. Alle betreffende namen stammen uit boektitels.
