The 2004 ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament was a tennis tournament played on indoor hard courts. It was the 32nd edition of the event known that year as the ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament, and was part of the ATP International Series Gold of the 2004 ATP Tour. It took place at the Ahoy Rotterdam indoor sporting arena in Rotterdam, Netherlands, from February 16 through February 22, 2004.

The singles line up was led by new World No. 1, Tennis Masters Cup, Wimbledon, Australian Open and recent Dubai winner Roger Federer, reigning French Open champion, US Open runner-up and Australian Open semifinalist Juan Carlos Ferrero, and Tokyo and Lyon titlist Rainer Schuettler. Other contenders were Chennai runner-up Paradorn Srichaphan, Paris Masters winner Tim Henman, Lleyton Hewitt, Sjeng Schalken and Martin Verkerk.
