There are a few things you can do, you need to either ask a friendly (some of them are friendly anyway) admin to request that you be unblocked and promise that you will never use another account again, or submit your case at a sockpuppet review and state that you'll never use multiple accounts again. Request reason:

I took a long period from WP off. Anyways, I would like to start editing again. For the following reasons:- 1. I was a good contributor here before the 1 mistake I made.

2. I always edited constructively before, which proof can be found by User:Lady Lotus and User:Jaguar.

3. I was blocked overnight, I couldn't make my case.

4. I was directly blocked indefinitely, rather than a smaller period, which was seen in for e.g. User:Reece Leonard and Accuracyisthekey.

5. I created an account called User:Super Camille, huge mistake; but only edited constructively.

6. I am truly, and honestly sorry.

7. I will never ever sockpuppet again.

This is my humble request that any other account I created be blocked, but please, please unblock me. I swear to be very constructive with each and every single edit. Please take me back in this wonderful society.

Decline reason:
