2009 Daytona 500

The 2009 edition of the Daytona 500, which will be the fifty-first running of "The Great American Race", kicking off the 2009 NASCAR Sprint Cup Season on February 15th of that year at Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida. FOX is scheduled to televise the race while radio coverage will be handled by Sirius Satellite Radio and over-the-air on MRN Radio in the USA. All television stations will cease analog broadcast on February 17, 2009.
