iPhone XR ("X" pronounced "ten") (stylized as iPhone Xr) is a smartphone designed and manufactured by Apple Inc. It was announced on September 12, 2018 at Steve Jobs Theater, alongside the iPhone XS.
The phone has a 6.1 inch LCD display and is currently the most affordable of Apple's iPhone X line of devices, with a starting price of USD$749. It features the same processor as the iPhone XS and XS Max, the all-new A12 Bionic, built with a 7 nanometer process, which Apple claims is the smartest and most powerful chip ever put into a smartphone.
It will be available in six colors: black, white, blue, yellow, coral, and Product Red.
