Churchlands Senior High School
Overview
Churchlands Senior High School, (also known as CSHS, Churchlands SHS, Churchlands or "Churchies") is an well-regarded co-educational government school in the suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. It teaches years 8 to 12 in the Australian education system.
The school contains over a thousand students, a number that has been expanding each year.
The current principal of Churchlands Senior High School is Neil Hunt. [1]
The school has had 2 notable incidents in the past 4 years - a fire which caused half of the school to go up in flames. The other incident includes a bomb scare in 2004 which only lasted just over an hour, with police officers called in to manage the situation. In the end this was a hoax, and school continued for the rest of the day.
