The Thousand Islands Parkway is a parkway in the Canadian province of Ontario, which extends from an interchange with Highway 401 at Gananoque for approximately 45 kilometres to the community of Butternut Bay in Elizabethtown-Kitley.

The parkway follows the shore of the St. Lawrence River. It was the original alignment of Highway 2, and was later designated "Highway 2-S" (for Scenic).

At Selton, the parkway also interchanges with the unsigned Highway 137, the main Ontario approach to the international Thousand Islands Bridge.
