AAFM American Academy of Financial Management - Citations Accreditations and Press

I am a fan of AAFM in the EU. I have reviewed the files and I am not sure why RJC and ENRIC naval want to suppress the citations below.

If there are any ethics left on WIKI, please review the AAFM references and recent press below. I am not sure why the AAFM is mad at WIKI editors, but it may have something to do with fraudulent posts and vandalism on the AAFM page.

Hopefully these links can help your team create a better article. I just cut these links out from the AAFM talk page. It seems that RJS and ENRIC keep deleting these links in an attempt to cover up the references, but that is for you and your team to decide if there are COI abuses.

Humpty Dumpty.

Hello, there was no maliciousness in the editing of the article, I was just trying to add in what I thought was allowed by Wikipedia, I got the story in my youth from possibly one of my high school teachers, as I said in the article I could not remember who told me, but If I have done wrong, then I hold my hands up to the charge, sorry, ---- George Lintott.

Hi Theroadislong,

I made a number of changes to The Beekman School so that the language is more neutral and added a number of external sources including The New York Times as a reference. Please let me know if I need to make any other changes and, if so, where specifically? Also, how can I remove the two flags on the page?

Thanks! dbosleyjr

Hi again,

I added a picture (with copyright, I already asked to an expert and told me that it was ok to have it there) in the 2003 section. Would you mind see if it looks ok with the quotes and stuffs? Feel free to change them. Thanks. Miss Bono [hello, hello!] 20:25, 26 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Small spelling correction but otherwise looking good. Theroadislong (talk) 20:32, 26 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I am afraid I added a v instead of the b :'( It happens all the time with big words. Sorry, and thank you. I have to go home now, but I will keep updating the article tomorrow. Miss Bono [hello, hello!] 20:35, 26 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, good morning (my time)!... I was wondering if you could find some free picture of U2 playing at Live Aid concert, for the Timeline article. SHould I ask Anna? Miss Bono [hello, hello!] 14:18, 27 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Better ask Anne there's nothing on Commons and nothing on Flickr, don't know where else to look. Theroadislong (talk) 14:43, 27 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, thanks for trying. I will ask anna :D Miss Bono [hello, hello!] 14:49, 27 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Improvements on PINK de Thierry

Dear Theroadislong, Thanks for the corrections you made last week on the article PINK de Thierry. I think they improve the article. I will see if the article acquires a GA status the coming weeks. A cropped picture

I am going to update a cropped version of File:Bono_and_Ali_Hewson_at_daughter's_graduation_2012.jpg per request of a user here, can you add the proper licence? This will be the name Ali_Hewson_crop.jpg, I will specify that it is a cropped version of the other file and that it was taken from Flickr. Miss Bono [hello, hello!] 19:06, 30 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Also, see if you can find some Ali pict here. I found a picture of Bono and The Edge at the Spiderman: Turn Off the Dark opening, I think Ali was with them. Thanks. Miss Bono [hello, hello!] 19:12, 30 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
No photos of Ali there but in any case they are all copyrighted professional photos, :( Theroadislong (talk) 19:28, 30 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I already uploaded the crop version File:Ali_Hewson_crop.jpg. Please, fix the mistakes and add the licence :D Thanks for trying at Flickr- Miss Bono [hello, hello!] 19:32, 30 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry I don't know what the correct licence is! Theroadislong (talk) 19:37, 30 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
No problem! :) Miss Bono [hello, hello!] 19:44, 30 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Take a look at this Wikipedia:Featured_article_candidates/Ali_Hewson/archive1 Miss Bono [hello, hello!] 12:01, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Please, give a look again at the link. Someone said opposed. Miss Bono [hello, hello!] 17:27, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Yes he is correct those references are not really good enough they are Tabloid journalism. Theroadislong (talk) 17:31, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
So, we have to remove the references, right? Miss Bono [hello, hello!] 17:33, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
We need to find better ones ideally. Theroadislong (talk) 17:39, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I wish I could. Would you take care of that? Pleaseee (O_O) Miss Bono [hello, hello!] 17:42, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you so much! :D Miss Bono [hello, hello!] 17:57, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I suspect that the very poor quality photo of Hewson will make it difficult for it to become a featured article? But fingers crossed! Theroadislong (talk) 18:32, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I only added it because one user requested at the FAC review. I can remove it. Miss Bono [hello, hello!] 18:43, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Copyedit

I know, I know... sometimes I am a pain you know where... this has been one of the days I've come to this talk page plenty of times. Sorry for that. You are free to keep me out of your talk whenever you think I am disturbing.

I just wanted to ask you, whenever you have time, to do some copyedit to this. I've expanded it and added references. Please, take a look at it. There's not rush. Thank you so much in advance. Miss Bono [hello, hello!] 18:54, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Your reference for the Ali Hewson quote redirects to http://edun.com/bio.htm which just displays a EDUN video. :( Theroadislong (talk) 19:10, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I found it in an old revision of the article. What's on the video? Miss Bono [hello, hello!] 19:12, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
A fashion cat walk show. Theroadislong (talk) 19:16, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
What's a fashion cat. A well-dressed kitty? Ali in a kitty suit? (O_o) Does she say the quote there? Miss Bono [hello, hello!] 19:19, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Ha haaaa... no it's fashion show video... no commentary and Ali isn't there either I don't think. Theroadislong (talk) 19:30, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Oops! My bad, sorry for the creepy image. Miss Bono [hello, hello!] 19:36, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I know I read somewhere that comment by Ali but now I can't remember. Give me 5 minutes to look in my HDD if I find some html page I've downloaded when I had Internet access. If I find nothing then I will remove it. Miss Bono [hello, hello!] 19:34, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
There was this interview where Ali and Adi Roche appeared talking about Chernobyl and stuffs. Can you find it? Miss Bono [hello, hello!] 19:36, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
The only place the interview appears in text on the internet is in the Wikipedia article. Theroadislong (talk) 19:43, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
No, I mean, a link to the video. I have a friend who has Internet. Maybe ha can download the interview so I can see it.
Which article has the interview? Ali's? Miss Bono [hello, hello!] 19:48, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I'll have a look. You added the quote to the Black Wind, White Land article. Theroadislong (talk) 19:52, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, that. Yes, I found the quote while looking at the history of the article. I found a few html pages in my hdd about Ali and Chernobyl, I am taking a look to see if I find something. Miss Bono [hello, hello!] 19:58, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I found this;
The film Black Wind, White Land: Living with Chernobyl became notable in Ireland and other countries while also drawing increasing attention to the media-shy Hewson. It exasperated her being called “Mrs. Bono,” accused of only being used on the project because of her husband’'s fame. When in watching the film, it's clear that Hewson is the perfect narrator. Her compassion and knowledge of the disaster and its aftermath is a true force and a voice all her own.
The name is ALISON HEWSON - THE WOMAN WHO MADE BONO by Lisa Waugh - 05/10/2011
How can we add that to the article. Miss Bono [hello, hello!] 20:12, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
This would be the reference you need... (without ref tags here)
