Hi there! I've done a restoration of this image, and would appreciate if you'd have a look. Adam Cuerden (talk) 22:47, 6 July 2013 (UTC)

I've put up a restoration. Could you have a look? Adam Cuerden (talk) 11:23, 25 July 2013 (UTC)
- Well! Thank you for the kind words there! =) Adam Cuerden (talk) 14:16, 25 July 2013 (UTC)
- You are welcome. I very much appreciate all your work. Thanks for leaving the notices here when there are new images, it definitely is the fastest way to get me to look at a nom :) --WingtipvorteX PTT ∅ 14:30, 25 July 2013 (UTC)
- Frankly, I think it should be required to notify all previously-voted users when an alt goes up. In particular, in many cases, an alt will pass with only three or four support alt votes, by having the original votes carry over to it; if we're going to do that, the voters need notified. Adam Cuerden (talk) 14:36, 25 July 2013 (UTC)
- Yeah, I agree. I think alts should have to meet the same requirements as far as quantity of votes if they are to pass. It is not OK, IMO, to assume people who supported the original would support the alt. --WingtipvorteX PTT ∅ 15:35, 25 July 2013 (UTC)
- That said, Wikipedia:FPC#Older_nominations_requiring_additional_input_from_users is probably the right action to take if you're in that situation. Also, obviously, we can make reasonable assumptions, e.g. if they say something like "Thanks! It looks even better now!" I think we can presume their vote applies to the alt. Anyway, hope this does pass. Probably going to have to renominate Ben-Hur; would rather not have any others. Adam Cuerden (talk) 16:36, 25 July 2013 (UTC)
- By the way, since I find this often gives me interesting projects: Any article, category of articles, or the like that you'd like me to try and find something suitable for FP from? Adam Cuerden (talk) 18:37, 25 July 2013 (UTC)
- Gonna have to do some thinking about that one... It's been months since I've regularly worked on specific articles. These days I'm just at FPC, editing articles only when I'm reading one and find a mistake. I'll let you know if I come across an article that could use an FP :) --WingtipvorteX PTT ∅ 22:36, 25 July 2013 (UTC)
