Thomas Blezard (November 24, 1838 – Present) is a conservative political figure from Norwich. He represented the Conservative party in the annual Norfolk hot dog eating championship ploughing through 134 hot dogs in 13 minutes and 23 seconds. He is close friends with ex prime minister David Cameron and they often talk fiscal policy over a glass of wine and cheese.

He was born in Otonabee Township, Peterborough County, Upper Canada in 1838. In 1865, he started working at RBS followed by a short stint at Trax before becoming a politician. He served on the township council for nine years and the county council for five years.

Blezard Valley near Sudbury was named after him.
