Danny

I would like to request my admin status back. I had hoped that my dispute of a few weeks ago would have been settled by now, but it is taking time (for good reasons, mind you), and I would like to be able to edit like I once did. To the best of my knowledge, I have never used the sysop status I had to further my position in any debate or argument I have been involved in. Danny 16:27, 24 Jan 2004 (UTC)

Expressing no opinion, User:Finlay McWalter moved up the following from the de-admin section, below:
Danny and Stephen Gilbert recently requested their own de-adminship. Stephen cited the fact that he hasn't really been active here for quite some time. Danny didn't give reasons. He also deleted his user pages before he made his request. -- Tim Starling 11:47, Jan 10, 2004 (UTC)
After negotiating with Jimbo, Danny returned on the 12th and asked via the ML for someone to undelete his user and talk pages (which I did). I suggest this request [for de-adminship] be put on hold until further notice. --Viajero 10:17, 14 Jan 2004 (UTC) (note added by sannse for clarity) -- sannse 13:06, 25 Jan 2004 (UTC)
