Article name

[edit]

The articles name and assertion in the lede is that Adore Delano is the more well-known name. Is there something to back this up? She was in the public eye first by her given name and that's still how I would suspect that many people know her. —Ost (talk) 20:49, 9 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Many of the high profile contestants on RuPaul's Drag Race suddenly have extensive Wikipedia biographies written. Either a zealous fan of the show, or possibly someone associated with it stoking up some publicity. I agree, Danny is better known as Danny, surely? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.121.57.228 (talk) 07:04, 6 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Birth name?

[edit]

Should we keep her birth name on her page, or remove it? She recently revealed her identity as a transgender woman, but didn’t reveal if she’s changing her out-of-drag name or not. Cornmazes (talk) 17:58, 27 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I've also noticed per her website's about section, she changed her government first name to Dani, a more feminine version of her deadname. I'm inclined to add it, but I wanna consider the ethics of it first. It is on her official website, and she did change her pronouns on there too. Thoughts?
