Haleaziz2 believes that we should emphasise that Amy Wyss is a "businesswoman, philanthropist, and co-founder of the LOR Foundation".
This foundation is not independently notable. As for business, she was on the board of her father's company, and co-founded a toy store and a bereavement centre. If she was not a billionaire heiress, she would not merit a page. She is notable for being a billionaire. And that is about it. Edwardx (talk) 23:05, 25 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I guess the answer is -- "Amy Wyss is the daughter of a billionaire"? :-(
I agree (I don't have a Wikipedia handle). There are many people doing amazing things, sacrificing much, and having a larger impact than this woman. I don't feel that her life and "accomplishments" (which, from what I can tell, essentially boil down to being the daughter of a wealthy man) warrant an entry in Wikipedia.
What is the process for proposing removal of an entry?
It's disingenuous to ignore the fact that her father was chairman and CEO of Synthes at the time she served I the company's board. Billfalls (talk) 15:32, 4 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
