Chang'e and the Cruel Emperor?

[edit]

Where is this story from? The article has no sources and I literally cannot find the story anywhere that isn't Wikipedia or a mirror of Wikipedia. Roscelese (talk) 19:54, 29 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Man in the Moon

[edit]

I changed "on" to "in" to reflect the most common phrasing of the idea; I think this is important because "in" reflects personification of X and "on" reflects habitation of X. My other minor edits are just cleanup. Geo.per 02:04, 17 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Chang'e (mythology)Chang'e — The goddess is the primary meaning of the name "Chang'e", and is what the name actually originates from. All other stuff on the dab page are actually named after the goddess. (This will require the current Chang'e to be moved to Chang'e (disambiguation) ) —supernorton 09:56, 19 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Cyberbot II has detected that page contains external links that have either been globally or locally blacklisted. Links tend to be blacklisted because they have a history of being spammed, or are highly innappropriate for Wikipedia. This, however, doesn't necessarily mean it's spam, or not a good link. If the link is a good link, you may wish to request whitelisting by going to the request page for whitelisting. If you feel the link being caught by the blacklist is a false positive, or no longer needed on the blacklist, you may request the regex be removed or altered at the blacklist request page. If the link is blacklisted globally and you feel the above applies you may request to whitelist it using the before mentioned request page, or request it's removal, or alteration, at the request page on meta. When requesting whitelisting, be sure to supply the link to be whitelisted and wrap the link in nowiki tags. The whitelisting process can take its time so once a request has been filled out, you may set the invisible parameter on the tag to true. Please be aware that the bot will replace removed tags, and will remove misplaced tags regularly.

Below is a list of links that were found on the main page:

Story versions

[edit]

There are currently 3 full versions of the story, which are very similar. I propose that only one should be kept, with notes on variations. – Fayenatic London 09:03, 27 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

There's often some basic features in these mythology stories that interconnect them. A suggestion would be to condense it to the minimum, with some analysis on the differences/variations, depending on how the sources deal with it (if anyone can recommend some literature). --Cold Season (talk) 19:59, 31 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Article too short

[edit]

I know that this goddess is a lot more notable and has a lot more sources on her. So I don’t understand why this article is so short.CycoMa (talk) 04:08, 12 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
