We diffuse cause of death by location

[edit]

@Johnpacklambert: Your comment/revert doesn't make any sense [1] "‎References: If place of death is not defining than we should not mention. Place in death cats". We diffuse cause of death by location. But location of death is not defining by itself, see WP:OCLOCATION. Mason (talk) 03:13, 13 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

    • So if we can diffuse cause of death by country, then what is the justification for not placing him in a category that intersects his cause of death and being in West Germany. West Germany is a clearly defined country, with clearly defined borders, that is not directly equivalent to other countries.John Pack Lambert (talk) 13:20, 13 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
      • Beyond this I do not think we have enough railway accident deaths period to justify diffusing them. I think someone needs to reconsider if in all these cases the cause of death is notable for that person as well.John Pack Lambert (talk) 13:21, 13 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Germany is the parent category of west germany. If you have a problem with the long standing consensus, you are welcome to draft up a longer proposal that I will be happy to share with CFD. Mason (talk) 13:48, 13 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
