The HQ-22 should not redirect to the KS-1. It is more related to the Russian S-300 (SA-10). And is the second generation of the Chinese HQ-9 (also based on S-300/SA-10).
The HQ-22 probably needs its own page. Redirecting to S-300 or HQ-9 are both valid arguments. I will redirect to HQ-9 as it is the first Chinese derivative of the S-300.
