Introduced date

@Maduka Jayalath: where did you find the "11 March 2019" introduction date? It seems to me that it was just introduced to wide use in September 2020, and [1] says that the standard was introduced in 2018. power~enwiki (πぱい, νにゅー) 04:55, 3 October 2020 (UTC)
