InkedRed is the username/alias of Staci "Red" Murillo (born July, 1975 in Central California), an American behavioral analyst currently working for Kern County Mental Health. She is a member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International, American Psychological Association, and the American Society of Criminology. She is best known for her advocacy in the Autism Spectrum Disorders culture, and her work on psychological and criminological articles relating to people living with mental illness. Red was born with Asperger's Syndrome and was not properly diagnosed until the age of 16. Red lived in group homes and foster homes until the age of 16 at which point she devoted herself to a life on the streets of Los Angeles; it is here that she started her academic life as well, sneaking into classes at both Santa Monica Community College and Los Angeles City College.
