As you are clearly the subject of the article, I highly advise you to not to make it again. You can either try to just contribute elsewhere or if you are notable enough to warrant an article, place it in Wikipedia's requested article subpage Please ignore that as that was a mistake. If you want to make an article, at the bare minimum, read Wikipedia's policies on making new articles, which are here, here, and here.
