Europeanism is quite different from pan-European identity, and I have no idea what you mean by the "promotion" of a book. If quoting the arguments of a book does not fit, then numerous Wikipedia sites will need to be taken down. Further, this article also quotes arguments made in 2003 by Habermas and Derrida. The pan-European identity site includes few of the features and characteristics of European thinking.
