Time
[edit]I listed Time as needing attention because right now the page is really confused. It doesn't really help the reader answer the question, "So what is time anyway?" I think a good first step would be to merge Intellectual history of time into it; that would really convey relevant info. I just haven't gotten around to it yet. I feel underqualified, too, because I know nothing at all about the physics or the philosophy behind the concept of time. Fishal 16:05, 16 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- This and other questions relating to time will now be handled in the Project Time talk page. Thanks Fishal for comment. FrankP 18:19, 16 Nov 2004 (UTC)
World weights and measures
[edit]Welcome to the World Citizens, Frank. But how many pennyweight in a stone? Quick, now, you should know all of those exciting relationships! Robin Patterson 10:37, 17 Jan 2005 (UTC)
Hello Frank
[edit]I just noticed your name here. This is Richard Adam from FOE. Hope you are well. By the way, I looked at your athiestguide website which is very interesting but it has no links to it. Have you thought about listing it with "http://www.dmoz.org/", then google will pick it up. Chilepine 12:03, 17 Jan 2005 (UTC)
Hi, just to let you know that the list of UK participants at the UK notice board was getting rather long, so I have replaced it with the above category which I have added to your user page. -- Francs2000 | Talk 30 June 2005 19:25 (UTC)
Hello
[edit]Sorry about lame hello, but I came interested in your Atheism as a belief system. I agree, though not technically considering myself Atheist. But I can't help but applaud any Briton from denouncing the monarchy! Incidentally I believe Scots flying the Lion Rampant is also illegal, right? I'd like to see that enforced at every Highland games! Khirad 10:51, 26 September 2005 (UTC)
World Citizen userbox, {{User world}}
[edit]Hi, I noticed the message saying you're a World Citizen, I would like to invite you to add {{User world}} to your user page if you wish to proclaim it in a more effective way, and this template will also add you automatically to the Wikipedians with World Citizenship category. :) --Mistress Selina Kyle 23:54, 17 December 2005 (UTC)
Invitation
[edit]Hello. You may have seen that some Wikipedia articles lack sources to given dates, timelines and chronologies.
If you feel that you could like to help in making all articles more reliable and well sourced in this regard, we would like to encourage you to use, as part of your daily editing and when {{fact}} is not enough for requesting clearly and specifically a citation or source for dates, timeline or chronology, the following inline tag:
- {{Timefact}} displays {chronology source needed} for requesting timelines, dates and chronology sources. Click here for more information
At WP Timeline Tracer, we thank you for using these tools and for helping to make Wikipedia articles more accurate and reliable.
